GamblersMix™ Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms
GamblersMix™ (gamblersmix.com and its game apps, including heatwave-videopoker.gamblersmix.com and lucky7s-videopoker.gamblersmix.com) is operated by Centerfield8, LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Centerfield8," "we," "us"). By using GamblersMix™, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the site or games.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 or older. Void where prohibited. You must be 21 or older to create an account or enter a contest. You can be asked to confirm your age and residency before a prize is awarded.
3. Free to play. No real-money gambling.
GamblersMix™ is free to play. It is not a real-money gambling service. We never accept deposits or payments, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win any contest. Buying something will never improve your chances.
4. Points
Scores are points for leaderboard ranking only. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed. Credits shown in the games (for example, "MAX credits") are game units only and have no cash value either.
5. Accounts

One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed, and their entries voided.

Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We will never ask for your password or a payment. Official messages come only from support@gamblersmix.com.
6. Fair play
You may not use bots, scripts, automation or other tools to play; exploit bugs or unintended game behavior; manipulate scores or the leaderboard; or engage in fraud. Please report bugs to support@gamblersmix.com instead of using them.
7. Our right to suspend or void
We may suspend or close accounts, disqualify players, and void entries, scores or prizes if we reasonably believe these Terms or the Official Rules were broken, or if a technical error affected play. We may also change, suspend or end any game or contest at any time.
8. Contests are governed by the Official Rules
Every contest is governed by the Official Contest Rules, including each game's specific rules. The Official Rules are part of these Terms. If these Terms and the Official Rules conflict about a contest, the Official Rules control. Prizes are awarded per the Official Rules.
9. Intellectual property
The site, the games, their designs, software, text, graphics and videos, and the GAMBLERSMIX™ name and game names are owned by Centerfield8, LLC and protected by law. GAMBLERSMIX™ and the GAMBLERSMIX™ game names are trademarks of Centerfield8, LLC. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the site and games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or resell any part of them without written permission.
10. Third-party services
The site, the games, their designs, software, text, graphics and videos, and the GAMBLERSMIX™ name and game names are owned by Centerfield8, LLC and protected by law. GAMBLERSMIX™ and the GAMBLERSMIX™ game names are trademarks of Centerfield8, LLC. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the site and games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or resell any part of them without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The games are hosted with third-party providers, and the site links to services such as YouTube. GamblersMix™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Instagram, Amazon or any other third-party platform. Their own terms apply when you use them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Centerfield8, LLC and GamblersMix™ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for technical malfunctions, interruptions, errors in score tracking or leaderboard display, or lost, delayed or misdirected entries. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or games is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limit does not affect the prizes you are entitled to under the Official Rules. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Centerfield8, LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use GamblersMix™ after an update means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@gamblersmix.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided only in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you and Centerfield8 consent to those courts' jurisdiction. You may also bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
17. Responsible play
