This Privacy Policy explains how Centerfield8, LLC, the New York limited liability company that operates GamblersMix ("GamblersMix," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use gamblersmix.com, our web games (GamblersMix™ Heatwave Video Poker at heatwave-videopoker.gamblersmix.com, GamblersMix™ Lucky 7s Video Poker at lucky7s-videopoker.gamblersmix.com, and GamblersMix™ 2nd Chance Video Poker at 2ndchance-videopoker.gamblersmix.com once it launches), our contests, and our partner program (together, the "Services").

The short version: we collect your email, username, and gameplay so you can play, compete, and receive prizes. We use service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, and advertising. We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to see or delete your data at support@gamblersmix.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us
• Account information: email address, username, and password (passwords are handled by our game platform's login system; we can't see them). Optionally, the username of a player who referred you.
• Prize claim and eligibility information: the email address for prize delivery, your gift card preference, and, when we verify eligibility, your full name, date of birth, state of residence, mailing address, and proof of age or residence. If tax reporting is required, the information on IRS Form W-9 (which includes your taxpayer ID number); see "Tax information" below.
• Free Entry Requests: name, username, email, and the contest requested (submitted through our online form).
• Messages: what you send through our contact form, by email, or in support requests.
• Tax information: we ask for an IRS Form W-9 (name, address, and taxpayer ID number) only when the Official Rules require it (a winner nearing the IRS reporting threshold) or before paying a partner. W-9s are stored securely with access restricted to the people who handle tax filings, and kept as long as tax law requires. We use them only for tax reporting and any required backup withholding.
• Partner applications: name, email, channel, website or business name, website and social media links, audience size, and how you plan to promote us. Approved partners also give us payment details and tax forms.

2.2 Information collected when you play
• Gameplay and contest data: entries, hands played, scores, best scores, multipliers, timestamps, leaderboard ranks, achievements, entries used and remaining, and prizes won.
• IP address and device identifier: the games record your IP address and a device identifier (a random ID the game stores in your browser) with each contest entry and account. We use them to prevent multiple accounts and cheating, to enforce eligibility (including estimating your state from your IP address), and to review prize claims. We keep them for as long as needed to finish reviewing a contest and its prize claims.
• Other technical data: browser type and pages or screens viewed.
• Browser storage: the games save some information in your browser's local storage (for example, a guest ID, guest entry counts, and your current entry) so the game works.
• Referral and partner tracking: if you arrive through a partner link, we record which partner referred you and whether you became a qualified player. If you join through or share a player referral link, we record who referred whom, the days each referred player plays, and whether a referral reward was earned and delivered.

2.3 Payments
Paid extra entries are not currently offered. When they are, purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe sends us information such as confirmation that the payment went through, the amount, the package bought, and your email address. Stripe's use of your information is covered by Stripe's privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We keep records of past purchases as described in Section 5.

2.4 Cookies and analytics
• What cookies are: small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and device identifiers. We and our providers use them to keep the site and games working, remember guest progress, prevent fraud, measure usage, and show ads.
• gamblersmix.com is built on Wix, which uses cookies and similar technology to run the site, keep it secure, and measure traffic.
• Our games are built and hosted on Base44, which may collect usage data to operate the games.
• Google Analytics: our games use Google Analytics to understand how they are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as pages and screens viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and interactions. Google processes this data under its own policies; see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
• Sponsor banners: we count impressions and clicks on sponsor and partner banners shown around the games.
• Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland: if you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using personalized ads, Google Analytics, or other non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.

2.5 Advertising (Google AdSense)
We show ads on gamblersmix.com and in our games at heatwave-videopoker.gamblersmix.com, lucky7s-videopoker.gamblersmix.com and 2ndchance-videopoker.gamblersmix.com. These ads are served by Google through Google AdSense.
• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and games and to other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and games and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.
• To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its advertising services, see How Google uses cookies in advertising (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
• If you opt out, you'll still see ads, but they won't be based on your browsing.


3. How we use information

• To run the games and contests: create accounts, track entries and scores, show leaderboards, and apply entry limits.
• To pick winners, verify eligibility (age, residence, one account per person), and deliver prizes.
• To process purchases and handle payment questions.
• To prevent and investigate cheating, fraud, multiple accounts, and abuse.
• To run the partner and referral programs: track referrals, decide whether a player qualifies, and deliver rewards and partner payments.
• To communicate with you: contest results, prize notices, account and security messages, replies to questions, and (if you haven't opted out) news about new contests and games.
• To understand and improve the Services (analytics, bug fixing).
• To show ads that help keep the games free.
• To comply with law, including tax reporting and any required contest filings, and to enforce our Official Rules and Terms.


4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
• Publicly: your username, scores, ranks, and prizes appear on leaderboards and winners lists on our site, in the games, and on our social channels. Choose a username that doesn't reveal your real name if you prefer.
• Service providers who help us run the Services and may only use the data for that purpose: Base44 (game hosting, accounts, database), Wix (website hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and advertising; see Sections 2.4 and 2.5), and the companies we use to send emails and deliver gift cards.
• Partners: if a partner referred you, the partner sees only counts (how many players registered, qualified, and kept playing through their link), not your username or email.
• Player referrals: if you joined through another player's referral link, that player may be told that a referral qualified and a reward was earned.
• Legal and safety reasons: if the law requires it (for example, tax reporting, or a state that requires a winners list), to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of players or GamblersMix.
• Business transfers: if GamblersMix or its assets are sold or transferred, your information may be transferred to the new owner under this policy.
• With your consent.


5. How long we keep information

• Account and gameplay data: while your account is active and for a reasonable time after it closes. Older contest data may be moved to an archive.
• IP address and device identifier: until we finish reviewing the contest and its prize claims.
• Winner, prize, and tax records (including W-9s): as long as tax and record-keeping laws require.
• Purchase records: as long as needed for accounting and payment disputes.
• Free Entry Requests and support messages: as long as needed to handle the request or contest they relate to.
• Partner records: for the length of the partnership and as long as tax and accounting rules require afterward.

We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.


6. Children and minimum age

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be at least 21 to register for prizes, buy entries, or join the partner program. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, or that someone under 21 registered or made a purchase, we will delete the information and close the account. 7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and relying on established providers for hosting and payments. No system is completely secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away.


8. Your choices and rights

• Access, correction, deletion: email support@gamblersmix.com to ask for a copy of your information, fix it, or delete your account. We'll verify your identity first. We may keep some information when the law requires it (for example, tax records for prizes).
• Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us. We'll still send contest, prize, and account messages.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out above. Some features may not work without them.
• Personalized ads: opt out at Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) or www.aboutads.info (see Section 2.5).
• Do Not Track: we don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
• State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of your information. To make a request, email support@gamblersmix.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.


9. Players outside the United States

The Services are run from the United States, and information is stored and processed in the U.S. by us and our providers. Players outside the U.S. may play but can't win prizes. By using the Services, you understand your information will be handled in the U.S.


10. Links to other sites

Our site and games link to other sites (YouTube, social media, sponsors, partners, Stripe checkout). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.


11. Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.
